Job Summary
Deliver a comprehensive Drama curriculum to students across Key Stages 3-5. Design and implement engaging lessons that meet the national curriculum standards and align with the school's educational vision. Foster a collaborative and supportive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and creativity. Direct and facilitate student productions and performances, providing guidance and feedback to help them develop their skills. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective Arts program. Stay up-to-date with current pedagogical approaches and developments in Drama education.

Qualifications and Experience
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Drama, Theatre Studies, or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Proven experience teaching Drama at the secondary level. Ideal candidate attributes include a passion for Drama, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
