Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled HSE Trainer to develop and implement comprehensive training programs for large infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough training needs analysis, training subcontractors' trainers, and ensuring workforce competency and compliance with project-specific risk assessments.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop a detailed training schedule based on workforce and activity planning.
  2. Audit and approve training materials prepared by subcontractors.
  3. Verify subcontractor training facilities, effectiveness, and compliance.
  4. Maintain thorough records of HSE training and assessments.
Requirements
  1. Proven experience as an HSE Trainer in large-scale projects.
  2. Strong knowledge of key safety practices, including Life Saving Rules, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and Control of Work.
  3. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  4. Ability to perform audits and ensure compliance with training standards.

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum for this challenging role, which requires a strong background in HSE training and a passion for ensuring workplace safety.
