As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to our multidisciplinary team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and treatment programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement treatment programs that optimize patient recovery and potential, minimizing risk behaviors and promoting psychological, emotional, social, and occupational skills and resilience.
  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals in providing individual and group psychological therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mental health awareness groups, and other evidence-based interventions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement service and quality development activities, ensuring a strong governance structure within the Region.
  • Participate in governance meetings and Service Line meetings, contributing to the development of policies and procedures that promote best practice in patient care.
  • Take an active role in service development, ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of our patients and their families.
