Job Title: Clinical Lead - Mental Health Team

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team at Gedling Local Mental Health Team (LMHT). As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading, monitoring, and evaluating the clinical practice of the team, driving towards clinical excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead on service transformation in line with the NHS Long Term Plan, co-producing and supporting the evolution of pathway interventions with community mental services.
  • Develop pathways of care across community mental health teams to embed and implement new ways of working.
  • Deliver approved training in line with clinical pathways.
  • Provide senior clinical leadership within the service, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and safe patient-centered care.
Person Specification:
  • Professional Nursing/Clinical Qualification to degree level or equivalent.
  • Maintains professional registration with the appropriate professional body.
  • Further specialist knowledge/post-registration experience in specific service areas or other formal training.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving license and vehicle for business use is required for this post, with reasonable adjustments made for disabled individuals in line with the Equality Act 2010.
