About the Role
Coba Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join their team as a Qualified Teacher. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring classroom continuity during teacher absences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes engaged in assignments from teachers across various subjects, including Primary, PE, and Technology.
- Provide guidance and support to individual students or small groups, particularly those withdrawn from classes for targeted learning opportunities.
- Manage student behaviour to maintain a safe and productive learning environment.
- Assist students facing difficulties with their cover lesson tasks.
- Offer pastoral support to individual students under the guidance of a Head of Year or SENCO.
