About the Role

As a Graduate Classroom Supervisor, you will work as part of a dedicated team to provide support and guidance to students in a secondary school setting. Your primary responsibility will be to cover classes of all subjects, ensuring that students remain engaged and on task.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in education and a willingness to develop their skills and knowledge. They should also be able to work effectively as part of a team and demonstrate a resilient, adaptable, and motivated personality.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  1. A degree or A-level qualification in Education or a related field
  2. An ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
