Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to join our team in London. As an Associate, you will play a key role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams, and structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries and sectors.
  • Participate in advisory teams and contribute to the development of financial models, client presentations, and transaction processes.
  • Assist in structuring and executing financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and other corporate finance activities.
  • Collaborate with tax advisors, attorneys, and bankers to coordinate transaction processes and ensure successful deal execution.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in financial modeling, company valuation analysis, and industry trends.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to clients, and assist in the development of client presentations and pitches.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in investment banking or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and experience with financial modeling tools.
  • Exceptional work ethic, motivation level, and strong attention to detail.
  • Strong team orientation and ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
  • Experience in training and mentoring more junior team members.
  • History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
