Highways Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Highways Supervisor to join our team on a contract basis. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within Highways and will possess a strong understanding of the industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct site inductions and staff briefings to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist in the maintenance and preparation of Construction Phase Plans (CPP).
- Monitor progress against the agreed programme and make adjustments as necessary.
- Review and monitor risk assessments and method statements to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage resourcing levels and adjust as required to meet project demands.
- CSCS (Gold card) SSSTS or SMSMTS accreditation.
- Highways and high-speed road network experience.
- NRSWA (Street works supervisory accreditation).
- Main contractor experience.
- Local Authority (LA) experience.
- Strong commercial experience.
- Experience of working on large-scale projects.
