Job Title: Highway Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Highway Supervisor to join our team at Marlborough Highways. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of highway maintenance services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate teams of highway maintenance staff to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of services.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of maintenance teams, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Develop and implement risk assessments and method statements to ensure the safe execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including site diaries and work orders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the highway maintenance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of highway maintenance practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of physical fitness and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
