Salary Range: £29,919 to £32,312 (including sleep-in allowance)

• Annual Compensation: £28,412 plus an additional £3,900 for sleep-in duties.
• Work Schedule: Engage in a condensed work pattern of two consecutive days followed by four days off, which includes sleep-in shifts on a structured rolling rota.
• Leave Entitlement: Enjoy 5.6 weeks of annual leave each year.
• Additional Time Off: Earn extra leave after two and five years of service.
• Training Opportunities: Participate in a comprehensive induction, a six-month welcome program, and receive full funding for the Highfield Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare.

Core Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide emotional support and establish routines while engaging in activities such as cooking, sports, music, and relaxation. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of six and receive ongoing support from management, education professionals, and outdoor specialists to create a nurturing environment for the children.
Desired Attributes:
We seek individuals with experience working with children, whether in a residential or care capacity. Enthusiasm, energy, and alignment with our core values are essential. This position offers a favorable work-life balance with a condensed schedule, allowing you to work only 10-11 days per month. Candidates should be willing to pursue or already possess a Level 3 Diploma or equivalent in Children and Young People's Workforce.
