This role offers flexible shifts that fit around you, including live-in shifts and complex care day/night shifts. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through comprehensive free training and access to NVQs.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with our branch team to ensure seamless support and care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and medication management
- Supporting clients with complex care needs, including physical and mental health conditions
- Working collaboratively with our branch team to ensure seamless support and care
- Participating in comprehensive free training and access to NVQs to develop your skills and knowledge
