A Wilderness Way is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Support Worker to join our team. As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing emotional support and care to our children, helping them to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide emotional support and care to our children, helping them to build trust and confidence
Develop and maintain positive relationships with our children, their families, and other professionals
Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide a comprehensive support package for our children
Participate in the development and implementation of individual care plans, ensuring the needs of our children are met
Requirements:
Experience working with children in a residential setting or a similar care capacity
Enthusiasm and energy, with a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of our children
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small team, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills
