Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced Building Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for ensuring that our construction sites adhere to the highest standards, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and upholding our commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to guarantee excellent results.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.
  • Relevant experience in Clerk of Works, Buildings, or NHBC inspections.
  • A Level 4 qualification in Construction Management.

Salary and Benefits: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus an annual bonus scheme, special staff offers, and genuine opportunities for career advancement.
