Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our team at Rose Care Group. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our care homes, focusing on structural, financial, and operational compliance.

Your primary goal will be to identify any issues and create actionable plans to ensure our homes operate seamlessly. This includes training home managers and front-line staff, supporting your Line Manager in developing impactful documents and training programs, and covering homes as an acting manager when needed.

You will also be responsible for ensuring the best standards of care and regulatory adherence, central to our ethos of treating all residents like our own mothers and fathers.
