Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced care team supervisor to take on a Deputy Home Manager role at our care home in Bottisham. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care while shaping our team's performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to our residents.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy and respectful environment for our residents, with a focus on their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • You will work closely with the Home Manager to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • You will be responsible for managing staff rotas, ensuring adequate staffing levels, and providing support and guidance to care staff.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a care team leadership role, preferably in a care home setting.
  • S/NVQ/QCF Diploma level 3 qualifications or equivalent.
  • A healthy respect for older people and a commitment to delivering person-centered care.
