Clinical Deputy Manager Opportunity

Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Field Lodge Care Home. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and deputize for the Home Manager in the delivery of clinical and pastoral care
  • Provide inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues
  • Oversee the development and implementation of care plans and assessments
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical practices and procedures
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure the highest levels of clinical governance

About You:

  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning and clinical assessment
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to build close relationships with residents and their families
  • Dedicated to driving continuous improvement and delivering exceptional care
