We are seeking a skilled and experienced SEND Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the Bristol area.
This role involves a full 360 recruitment approach, where you will identify, win and develop business in the SEND sector. You will also conduct face-to-face visits with schools, resource and interview candidates, and write detailed job adverts to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Education Recruitment, strong business development skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
