**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a talented Demand Planning Manager to join our team at Samworth Brothers Limited. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our operations and driving business growth.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Lead the demand planning function, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize our supply chain performance
  • Develop medium-to-long-term capacity plans and oversee seasonal campaigns and customer promotions
  • Enhance forecasting accuracy and manage inventory levels to minimize waste while maintaining service efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Commercial, Operations) and external stakeholders (Suppliers, Customers) to optimize supply chain performance
  • Experience in planning roles, with knowledge of UK retail processes
  • Strong skills in ERP systems (e.g., "Preactor"), VBA, and analytical systems
  • Resilient, persuasive, and influential in high-pressure FMCG environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication abilities
