Strategic Forecasting Specialist

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Forecasting & Planning Analyst to join our team at Longreach Recruitment, a trusted UK & EMEA recruitment expert in Resource Planning & Workforce Management, Analytics, and Customer Contact Technologies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, owning, and refining short to mid-term forecasts and capacity plans. This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 + Benefits + Flexible Hybrid Working. The position provides a salary between £34,000 - £36,000 and comes with benefits and flexible working options.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models using Excel and Erlang methodology.
- Provide detailed analysis of customer contact behavior, propensity to contact, and seasonality.
- Collaborate with the Resource Planning team to ensure effective capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Support junior members of the team and contribute to knowledge sharing and development.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [X] years' experience in contact centre resource planning and WFM.
- Proven expertise in forecasting and capacity planning methodologies within Excel (Erlang).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
