Property Services Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled Property Services Coordinator to join our team at Add Property, focusing on the provision of high-quality property management services for residential blocks. This role offers a balanced work schedule with 2 days per week in the office based in Harlow and the opportunity to work independently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating property management services for a portfolio of residential blocks.
- Liaising with leaseholders, residents, contractors, and third parties to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Oversight of routine and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Preparation and management of service charge budgets, ensuring costs are effectively monitored and managed.
- Conducting regular site inspections to ensure buildings are well-maintained and repairs are carried out efficiently.
- Attendance at AGM meetings and management of key relationships with residents' associations and freeholders.
- Compliance with relevant property legislation and industry regulations.
- Management of contractor relationships and monitoring of performance to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Handling of insurance renewals and claims, as well as other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, ideally within block management.
- Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with service charge budgeting and financial management.
