Property Administration Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Administration Lead to join our team at Addition+. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement effective property management strategies and improve overall service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement property management strategies to ensure the smooth operation of residential blocks.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including leaseholders, residents, contractors, and third parties, to resolve issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Monitor and control service charge budgets, ensuring costs are managed effectively.
- Conduct site inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Build strong relationships with residents' associations and freeholders to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant property legislation and industry regulations to ensure compliance.
- Manage contractor relationships, monitor performance, and drive efficiency improvements.
- Handle insurance renewals and claims, as well as other administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in property management, preferably within block management.
- Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with service charge budgeting and financial management.
