Clinical Educator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Educator to join our team at North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering clinical education programs to support the provision of high-quality patient care in gastroenterology and endoscopy services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver clinical education programs to support the provision of high-quality patient care in gastroenterology and endoscopy services.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to identify education and training needs and develop strategies to address these needs.
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced staff to support their professional development.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to education and training.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
- Registered healthcare professional with a relevant qualification and experience in gastroenterology and endoscopy services.
- Proven experience in education and training, including curriculum development and delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical teams and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to work.
- Knowledge of quality improvement principles and practices.
