Customer Service Manager

A leading electronics manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service Manager to oversee the customer account management team, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and maintaining customer accounts throughout the customer life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Customer Account team to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business objectives.
  • Develop growth within designated accounts and maintain forecast accuracy.
  • Monitor risks to output and assist external sales in setting sales forecasts.
  • Participate in identifying business improvement opportunities and implementing changes.
  • Support quoting, aged debt, and inventory management.
  • Conduct presentations and manage meetings as necessary.
