The role involves servicing, installing, breaking down, repairing, and calibrating a wide range of medical laboratory diagnostics systems used within pathology departments, NHS laboratories, and clinical chemistry environments.

  • As a Diagnostic Systems Specialist, you will support clinical chemistry and blood diagnostics products located at customer sites.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £48,000, with opportunities to progress into senior roles paying up to £56,000.

A car allowance and excellent benefits package are also included in our offer.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you must have a competent background in customer-facing field service engineering gained within high-value capital equipment environments.

Applications are encouraged from engineers with a broad range of backgrounds, including laboratory device, medical device, pharmaceutical device, ex-forces engineers, and other electronic or electro-mechanical sectors.

A qualification in engineering, electronics, or a science-based subject to at least ONC level is required.
