Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join the EMEA Treasury team at PayPal, Inc. as a Chief Treasury Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing world-class treasury management standards and driving processes that enable the company to scale with its rapid growth while ensuring robust controls.


About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and proven ability to work and take initiative to problem solve with minimal direction. Experience in treasury and familiarity with financial statements are also essential. Additionally, the candidate should be able to quickly understand complex process flows and drive process improvements.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage entity capital and liquidity to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements globally.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regional regulatory bodies, including the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
  • Oversee entity asset liability management (ALM), balance sheet forecasts, regulatory metrics, and stress testing.
  • Ensure compliance with external requirements and internal policies for the PPUK investment portfolio.
