Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UK Healthcare Industry Executive to join our team. As a key member of our global healthcare practice, you will be responsible for leading the growth and development of our health architecture business in the United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective market strategies to grow our healthcare business in the UK
- Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver projects and exceed client expectations
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation

Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in the A/E/C industry, with a minimum of 2 years of management experience
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing targeted market and client strategies
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues

Salary:
£120,000 - £180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
