Are you a seasoned professional looking to drive cloud adoption in the UK healthcare sector? As a Cloud Transformation Lead, you will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining sales and alliance relationships with strategic partners to drive AWS services revenue and acquire new customers.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity is part of our strategy to build mind share of Amazon Web Services and grow adoption of cloud-based solutions within our UK Healthcare sector. You will work closely with an experienced team of Account Managers, Partner Managers, Solution Architects, and Program teams to innovate with Partners for our Healthcare customers.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Innovating with partners to build successful, sustainable, and repeatable solutions that align to healthcare use cases and solve important customer challenges that impact patient outcomes.
  • Building and owning Healthcare go-to-market plans and activities with partners that drives market adoption and revenue growth to partners and AWS.
  • Partner-centric in all activities, serving as a leader and advocate for partners within AWS, and accurately representing AWS within the partner's organisation.

You will be responsible for collaborating with Sales, Partners, Program teams internally and externally to identify, manage, and close Healthcare Sector pipeline, as well as providing support at the right time to partners and building regular cadence with key stakeholders within partners.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a strong background in healthcare and experience working with transformative technology including cloud, IoT, AI/ML, business intelligence, analytics. You should have experience developing and executing ambitious Go to Market plans through partners/channels and operating skills such as forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, business cadence.

A strong understanding of AWS Cloud services and Digital transformation is also required, as well as knowledge of UK Healthcare Data Compliance and standards, UK Public Sector procurement frameworks, and a degree or equivalent experience.
