Job Description

The successful candidate will establish and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare partners, developing and executing go-to-market plans that align with customer use cases and drive revenue growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Innovating with partners to build successful solutions that address important customer challenges and improve patient outcomes.
  • Collaborating with sales, partner, and program teams to identify and manage pipeline opportunities.
  • Providing support to partners through regular cadence and business updates.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong background in healthcare, preferably with 10+ years of experience.
  • Experience in partner management, sales, or business development in the IT industry (5+ years).
  • Operating skills, including forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, and business cadence.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional teams internally and externally.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience working with transformative technology, including cloud, IoT, AI/ML, business intelligence, and analytics is highly desirable. A strong understanding of AWS Cloud services and digital transformation is also essential. In addition, familiarity with UK Healthcare data compliance and standards, as well as public sector procurement frameworks, would be beneficial.

Salary Range

We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
