Job Description: Mental Health Service Manager

We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Service Manager to join our team at Outcomes First Group.

The successful candidate will lead the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils we support, working closely with our clinical team to ensure effective multi-disciplinary working across education services.

The ideal candidate will have a post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic) or experience as a Psychotherapist, along with previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities.

A strong understanding of data management and analysis is essential for this role, as well as the ability to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The salary for this position is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
