About the Role

Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Planner to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our managed properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Coordinate Maintenance: Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate asset lists, administer asset management software, and ensure all data is up-to-date.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between internal teams and external contractors, managing queries, raising purchase orders, and generating compliance reports.
  • Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules, identify corrective actions, and generate reports on planned maintenance compliance.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain professional relationships with contractors, challenging costs and quality of service where necessary.
