Asset Reliability Manager

We are seeking a skilled Asset Reliability Manager to lead our maintenance teams in Sheffield. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing preventative maintenance strategies in collaboration with pillar members. The successful candidate will also project manage the automation process change journey and implement predictive maintenance planning.
This is a key leadership position that requires technical and methodological coaching skills, as well as the ability to foster a strong equipment reliability culture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan that drives business competitiveness.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
- Establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working, focusing on preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Develop a clear people succession and resource plan for the asset and technology population, identifying and implementing critical levers to attract, retain, and develop critical talent.
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing industries.
- An engineer with a strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
