We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Reliability Manager to join our team at Mondelēz International in Sheffield. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of preventative maintenance strategies, project managing automation process changes, and implementing predictive maintenance planning.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic facilities roadmap and annual operating plan to drive business growth and competitiveness.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define and meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and engagement goals.
- Establish a strong governance framework to review and control operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to business continuity plans, manufacturing standards, and government regulations.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the facilities team to implement IL6S-Integrated Lean 6 Sigma ways of working, delivering zero breakdowns through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
- Role model values and principles through effective coaching, mentoring, and building skills capability across the plant technical and engineering team.
- Develop and implement a clear people succession and resource plan for the asset and technology population.
- Interface with key stakeholders to develop and maintain effective relationships and align priorities to deliver company objectives and goals.
- Strong operational and manufacturing leadership experience in FMCG, food production, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven ability to coach and develop managers.
- Experience in TPM-Total Productive Maintenance, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and concepts, safety, and GMP standards.
- Engineer with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, and knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment.
