About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Reconomy. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, ensuring the safety and security of our employees and visitors, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our buildings and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize costs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our facilities, including scheduling and coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of facilities-related activities, including maintenance schedules, inventory, and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facilities management with business operations.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient and sustainable practices to reduce our environmental impact.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong background in maintenance and operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to facilities management.
