We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our client's team in Sheffield. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to schedule preventative maintenance work and shutdowns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CMMS system to plan and schedule preventative maintenance work within downtime and shutdown periods.
- Coordinate and plan maintenance activities to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Identify trends by analyzing breakdown data and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to improve maintenance efficiency.
- Ensure effective usage of the CMMS system throughout the Engineering department.
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve maintenance processes and maximize efficiencies.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for asset care on equipment.
Requirements:
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with CMMS systems.
- Continuous improvement focus.
- Level 3 or above in electrical/mechanical engineering.
