Maintenance Coordinator

Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our manufacturing plant, you will play a critical role in coordinating and controlling maintenance activity, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global food company, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in maintenance planning, asset reliability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and metrics.
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, reducing waste and increasing efficiency.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external contractors and suppliers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of maintenance services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance strategies, aligned with Mondelēz International's overall business objectives.
- Technical qualification in engineering or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in maintenance planning, asset reliability, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
