Job Title: Benefit Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefit Manager to join our team at Portfolio HR & Reward. As a key member of our compensation team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our global compensation strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily compensation activities, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with company policies.
  2. Lead various Reward projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive strategic decisions.
  3. Work closely with external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  4. Oversee a small team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure team members excel in their roles.
  5. Analyse complex data to drive strategic decisions, leveraging your analytical skills to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  1. Extensive experience in compensation management, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
  3. Ability to engage with stakeholders, building strong relationships and driving business outcomes.
  4. Previous experience in team management is a plus, with a strong understanding of leadership principles.
