About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef De Partie/Sous Chef to join our team at Marstep Resourcing Solutions. As a key member of the culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dishes and contributing to the success of our restaurant business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes
  • Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards

Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
