About the Job:

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Sustainability and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The role offers a competitive salary package consisting of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including monthly travel allowance, pension, 25 days annual leave, Bupa Private Healthcare, car allowance, and salary review annually.

The successful candidate will be passionate about sustainability and motivated to implement innovative solutions on-site to meet environmental targets. They will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

As part of our organisation, you'll have the autonomy to lead environmental management on large construction projects, with the freedom to shape strategies while collaborating closely with sustainability professionals within the wider group.
