We are seeking a Facilities Management Executive (Commercial Buildings) to lead our efforts in implementing sustainable practices and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial facilities management and will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainable initiatives across the business space portfolio.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sustainability plan
  • Conduct regular reviews of service contracts to identify opportunities for cost savings
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory requirements and codes of practice

Remuneration: The estimated annual salary for this role is £70,000-£90,000. Additional benefits include a competitive compensation package, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional growth.
