Field Sales Representative

As a Field Sales Representative with McCurrach UK Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for the Rockstar brand across Leeds and surrounding areas. With a competitive salary of up to £26.5k and an achievable 20% bonus based on results, this is a fantastic opportunity to boost your earning potential.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with key decision-makers in retail outlets. As Brand Ambassador/Territory Manager, you will increase visibility and availability of Rockstar products, leveraging your entrepreneurial spirit and love for trying new things.
A branded company van and necessary kit will be provided to ensure you have everything needed to make a significant impact in store. Regular team meetings, nights out, and events, along with additional monthly incentives like Rockstar merchandise, music/gig tickets, and more, will keep you engaged and motivated.
ResponsibilitiesYou will:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow sales of the Rockstar brand
- Liaise with key decision-makers to enhance product visibility and availability
- Represent the brand in a professional and energetic manner
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and other relevant data
This field-based role requires a driving license with no more than 6 points or previous bans, as well as manual handling/heavy lifting capabilities due to carrying stock. Overnight stays may be required on occasion.
