Quality Control Officer for Healthcare Education

The Nursing and Midwifery Council seeks a skilled Professional Standards Coordinator to join its Education Quality Assurance (EQA) Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of education and training for nurses, midwives, and nursing associates.
Job Description
This role involves working closely with the EQA Team to develop and implement quality assurance strategies, conduct regular site visits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide expert advice on educational standards and best practices.
Your Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the EQA Team to design and deliver quality assurance initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with education providers to promote high standards
• Provide guidance on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
What We Offer

You will be offered a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave entitlement.
