Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Quality and Governance Strategist to drive our governance structure across DMC Healthcare and DMC Radiology Reporting. As a key member of our Quality and Governance team, you will work closely with our Chief Operating Officer and Clinical Leadership team to develop and implement our governance strategy.


Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a progressive quality and governance strategy aligned with our values and business plans.
  • Manage and drive the Quality and Governance function to ensure timely and commercially focused governance services are provided to stakeholders.
  • Lead on all areas of governance, including education and training, clinical audit, clinical effectiveness, staff management, patient and public involvement, risk management, and information management.
  • Develop an accreditations strategy to maintain national accreditations for the organisation.
  • Promote inclusivity and voice of patients and staff in the services we provide.

Requirements
  • Minimum three-year experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience in a managerial position.
  • Experience in incident and risk management.
  • Ability to understand risk management and apply regulatory requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Estimated Salary:

£65,000 - £80,000 per annum.
