As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that Hastings Direct operates within a compliant framework.

About the Role

The Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing expert advice on regulatory requirements and supporting the business in meeting these obligations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of regulatory requirements and changes.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure that all areas of the business are aware of regulatory priorities and expectations.
  • Analyse data to identify potential compliance risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure that regulatory submissions and responses are managed effectively.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
