Job Title: Senior Strategy Analyst

London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Analyst to join their team. As a key member of the Strategy Team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development of strategies that transform healthcare in North West London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Director of Strategy and Population Health and the Head of Strategy to support on various projects, including the urgent and emergency care strategy, the Joint Forward Plan development, and the planned care strategy. You will be responsible for providing strategic analyses, interpreting complex datasets, and designing and developing forecast models to help the ICB/ICS understand trends, challenges, and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic analyses and interpret complex datasets to inform strategy development
  • Design and develop forecast models to estimate the impact of strategic options and interventions
  • Employ expertise in healthcare activity and finance datasets, as well as population-wide datasets
  • Work closely with the Executive Director and Head of Strategy to support on various projects
Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare outcomes, quality, and finances, as well as significant experience working with the health equity agenda. They will also possess expert ability to interrogate complex patient activity databases and significant ability to analyse complex datasets.

The successful candidate will be able to lead on developing analytical methodologies, think strategically, and see the bigger picture in the context of achieving a particular objective.
