About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Analyst to join our team at North West London Integrated Care Board. As a key member of our strategy team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies that improve healthcare outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and presenting complex data and modeling to senior stakeholders
  • Providing strategic analysis and interpretation of data to inform decision-making
  • Working closely with the head of strategy and other teams to co-design and agree analytical products
  • Developing and delivering strategic analyses, such as benchmarks against peers, forecasts, and analyses of historic trends
  • Implementing evidence-backed good practice health economic methodologies to measure the impact of proposed initiatives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Up-to-date understanding of the NHS and its policy developments
  • Deep understanding of healthcare outcomes, quality, and finances
  • Significant experience working with health economics-related activities
  • Strong working knowledge of various healthcare data, including GP Information Systems, acute sector data sets, and patient-level information costing
  • Expert ability to interrogate complex patient activity databases and structure, build, and deliver repeatable user-friendly models
