Job Title: Senior Strategy Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategy Analyst to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a key member of our Strategy Team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development of strategies that transform healthcare in North West London.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work closely with our Executive Director of Strategy and Population Health and the Head of Strategy to support on various projects, including the urgent and emergency care strategy, the Joint Forward Plan development, and the planned care strategy. You will be responsible for providing strategic analyses, interpreting complex datasets, and designing and developing forecast models to help us understand trends, challenges, and opportunities in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic analyses and interpret complex datasets to inform healthcare strategies
  • Design and develop forecast models to predict healthcare trends and challenges
  • Estimate the impact of strategic options and interventions on healthcare outcomes
  • Employ expertise in healthcare activity and finance datasets, as well as population-wide datasets
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a deep understanding of healthcare outcomes, quality, and finances, as well as significant experience working with the health equity agenda. You should have expert ability to interrogate complex patient activity databases and significant ability to analyse complex datasets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
