About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join our team at KP Snacks Hellaby. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and processes.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have formal qualifications in an electrical discipline with corresponding practical experience. Knowledge of COSHH to legislative standards is essential, as well as experience of pneumatics or PLC's. Continuous improvement experience and Lean tools/techniques would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct safety checks and ensure all work complies with safety regulations
  • Maintain equipment reliability by performing inspections and maintenance
  • Monitor and report equipment performance, downtime, and breakdowns
  • Recommend and implement improvements to processes and work standards
  • Collaborate and communicate with colleagues to ensure smooth handovers and clear documentation

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, annual salary review, medicash health cash plan, and private healthcare (role/grade dependent).
