Job Title: Skilled Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Rotherham as a Multidisciplinary Engineering Expert. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident engineer who excels in both team settings and independent tasks. With a strong background in high-volume manufacturing, you will be responsible for the repair and planned maintenance of automated equipment. Additionally, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and have the opportunity to develop engineering work (for suitably qualified candidates).

The successful candidate will have experience as an apprentice trained with expertise in high-volume manufacturing. They will possess strong collaboration skills, be IT literate with proficiency in relevant software and tools, and exhibit excellent communication skills. A mechanical bias with some electrical ability and experience is essential. Knowledge areas include pneumatics, hydraulics, bench fitting, milling, turning, PPM (Planned Preventive Maintenance), and electrical fault finding. A positive attitude and full UK driving licence (occasional travel to other company sites) are also required.

Salary: £40,000 per annum
