Job Title: Shift Maintenance Engineer

Location:

Hellaby is home to KP Snacks, a leading manufacturer of premium snack foods. As a Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Shift Pattern:

We operate on a 24/7 basis, with a unique shift pattern that involves working 12-hour shifts over a 5-week period. This allows us to provide around-the-clock coverage and ensures that our production lines are always running at maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
  3. Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
  4. Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize resource allocation
  5. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance overall efficiency and productivity

Requirements:

  • Technical knowledge and experience in maintenance and repair
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
