Youth Development Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and caring Support Worker to join our team at an Alternative Provision in Lancaster. As a key member of our staff, you will work closely with students with SEMH needs, providing targeted support and interventions to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Responsibilities:- Deliver personalized support strategies to students with SEMH needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective support plans
- Communicate regularly with parents and other professionals to share student progress
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Degree in Psychology or a related subject
- Experience working with young people with SEMH needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive and resilient attitude
